What are the prices for your services?
The cost of our services range from £595 to £1,295 depending on the level of due diligence you require. We also provide a completely bespoke service and prices are on a case by case basis.

How will I receive the due diligence report?
You will receive the report by email through a PDF format with an invitation for a final consultation to answer any questions you have and dissect the report.
What information do i need to provide?
We will generally require the information provided to you by the property agent along with any details of the particular property you are considering for investment. We may also ask for details on your financial circumstances surrounding the considered investment. We will never request any financial documentation from you.
How do i know your due diligence is accurate?
The due diligence we provide you will always be backed up by evidence gathered by independent sources which is also provided to you. All our due diligence is based on a combination of historical and present data, discussions with developers, agents and previous investors.
